Information we collect
We collect account details such as your email address, order details, property names or addresses, production notes, and communications you send us.
We also collect the photos, videos, logos, and other files you submit for a production. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and session data may be processed to operate and secure the service.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. GlasTour does not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
- Create and manage your account and orders.
- Review, produce, revise, and deliver property films.
- Process payments and maintain transaction records.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- Respond to support, legal, and business requests.
Service providers and AI production
We may share only the information needed with hosting, storage, payment, analytics, email, and production providers that help operate GlasTour. Submitted media may be processed by AI and video-production providers to create the requested deliverables. We do not sell your personal information.
Uploaded media and retention
Uploaded source files and completed deliverables are retained only as reasonably needed to provide the service, support revisions and downloads, satisfy legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. You may request deletion of eligible account information and media by contacting us.
Cookies and sessions
GlasTour uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms, and maintain your order. These cookies are required for the customer workspace to function.
Security and your choices
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing hello@glastour.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
Children, international processing, and changes
GlasTour is a business service and is not intended for children under 18. Information may be processed in countries other than your own where our providers operate. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date shown above.
