The service
GlasTour creates property films from customer-supplied photos, videos, branding, instructions, and related materials. Deliverables may combine editing, licensed production elements, and AI-generated motion or aerial-style scenes.
AI and aerial-style disclosure
AI-generated aerial-style scenes are not genuine drone footage captured at the property. You agree not to describe generated scenes as real drone footage and remain responsible for reviewing the final film for accuracy before publishing it.
Your account and submitted materials
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping login information secure. You confirm that you own or have all permissions needed to upload, modify, and commercially use every photo, video, logo, music file, name, address, and other item you submit.
You grant GlasTour and its production providers a limited license to store, reproduce, modify, and process submitted materials solely to operate the service and fulfill your order.
Orders, approval, and payment
Uploading files and submitting a production request does not immediately charge you. GlasTour reviews the materials first. If the project is approved, production remains locked until the displayed price is paid and payment is confirmed through Stripe or another authorized method.
Studio subscriptions and credits
Aerial Studio plans are recurring monthly software subscriptions and are separate from one-time done-for-you productions. Each plan includes the displayed number of credits. Most single-scene renders use one credit; higher-scope renders and additional output formats may use more, as shown before generation begins.
Monthly credits expire after the displayed rollover window and cannot accumulate without limit. Purchased top-up credits require an active subscription and expire after 12 months. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are debited only by the server-side render action. We may place an account on hold after a refund, chargeback, abuse, or payment reversal.
Delivery and revisions
Quoted delivery windows begin after confirmed payment and receipt of all usable materials. Delivery estimates may change for missing assets, customer-requested changes, provider outages, force majeure, or unusually complex work.
Each package includes only the number of revisions displayed at checkout. A revision adjusts the agreed production; it does not create a new concept or replace most source materials. Additional work may require a separate quote.
Permitted use and ownership
You retain ownership of the original materials you submit. After full payment, you may commercially use the final deliverables for the property, listing, brand, or client described in the order. Third-party music, fonts, stock elements, and platform features remain subject to their applicable licenses.
You may not use GlasTour to infringe rights, mislead viewers about a property, violate real-estate or advertising rules, distribute malware, abuse the service, or submit unlawful or harmful material.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Custom digital production that has begun is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where GlasTour cannot provide the purchased service.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. AI output can contain visual artifacts or inaccuracies, and you must approve the final result before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlasTour is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, and total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Suspension, changes, and contact
We may suspend access for fraud, security threats, nonpayment, abuse, or violations of these terms. We may update these terms as the service changes. Questions or notices may be sent to hello@glastour.com.
